We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our growing Brentwood, TN Workers' Compensation Practice with 1-5 years of litigation experience. The responsibilities of this position include drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines. We are looking for an attorney who has experience in Workers' Compensation, civil litigation or insurance defense.
Minimum requirements:
· 1-3 years of litigation experience
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
