Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic MOOV team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies such as stories, reels, grid posting; that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong content creation skills, a keen understanding of social media trends, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences
- Utilize tools for scheduling posts and monitoring social media activity.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Perform social listening to gauge audience sentiment and respond to inquiries or comments promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader campaigns as needed
- Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Foster relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite/Canva, etc (including Adobe Illustrator) for graphic design needs related to social media content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management with experience in wellness; fitness, or aesthetic businesses.
- Portfolio of past work showing creative content and engagement metrics
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media marketing.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify relevant trends and topics.
- Proficient in content creation, including writing, editing, and visual design.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools for tracking performance metrics.
- Strong relationship management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading abilities.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to create a monthly content calendar
