Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and promote our products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for social media and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design, create, write, and post engaging content for Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including reels, stories, and posts.
- UGC Collaboration: Work with Billo to develop and curate user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
- Marketing Plan Execution:Follow the monthly marketing plan and strategically build exciting content to increase traffic and engagement.
- Influencer Campaign Management: Manage influencer campaigns, including identifying potential influencers, coordinating collaborations, and tracking performance.
- Analytics and Reporting:Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, using insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years Proven experience as a social media coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience with content creation tools and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later and TikTok Shop).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and sustainable products is a plus.
