Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and research.
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional initiatives.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to help shape future offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales management or account management is preferred.
• Familiarity with inside sales techniques and business development strategies.
• Strong skills in lead generation and the ability to analyze market data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,241.00 - $1,489.00 per week
