MH Financial Operations Analyst

� Responsible for all related Supply Chain support functions; PO�s requisitions vendor set-up shipping interfacing with vendors etc

� Works closely with offsite Accounts Payable and hospital departments to ensure invoices are processed accurately.

� Review and analyze monthly budget variances and summarize for monthly close meeting and Senior Management.

� Maintains reconciliation of the capital budget reviews all capital requests and helps departments do necessary paperwork and analysis.

� Responsible for completing analyses and presentations as directed.

� Reviews and researches contracts Perform other duties as directed/required.

Required Qualifications

� Business Accounting or related field experience required.

� Strong Microsoft Excel skills use of pivot tables and V lookup helpful.

� Strong analytic and organizational skills.

� Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills.

� Detail oriented.

� Must be able to adapt to changes in priorities.

� Ability to interact effectively in a fast-paced environment.

� Willingness to accept responsibility as delegated.

� Ability to make decisions within the confines of the position.

� Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to all personnel/projects/information.

Preferred Qualifications:

� Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or related field

� Three years of related work experience preferred.

� Knowledge of Healthcare Analysis or Healthcare Finance preferred.
