Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, above average communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively with minimum supervision
Duties:
-Maintain organized files and documentation
-Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing paperwork
- Provide administrative support to clients, staff, and other office personnel
- Maintaining employee records
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, staff, and other persons
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
