**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community located in Texas City. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC and all aspects of apartment maintenance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including preventative, pools, routine, emergency, corrective and cosmetic maintenance as well as the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve appliance, plumbing and electrical issues
**Qualifications:**
- HVAC Certification
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Superior skill level of overall apartment maintenance practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Stellar customer service and effective communication skills
