Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform all daily janitorial duties, including trash disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry.
• Ensure the cleanliness of common and employee spaces, including: restrooms, break rooms, and locker rooms.
• Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager regarding any emergencies or issues that arise.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored after use, reporting any low inventory.
• Assist in the Parking Department, or with other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
  
  

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Knowledge of janitorial safety processes and procedures.
• Occasionally lift, push or pull 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.
• Knowledge of common chemicals and their nature, hazards, safety, and health issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
