What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist position at Mountain View Pain Center?
We are looking to hire a bilingual (Spanish and English) front desk receptionist to work in our busy medical office. The job duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling patients, taking payments, collecting insurance information, checking voicemails, and making outbound calls to patients that need to reschedule appointments. A well-organized person is a must for this position as well as the ability to multi-task. This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday through Friday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday the hours are 8am-6pm with a lunch break from 12pm-2pm. Fridays are 8am-1pm. The pay starts at $18.50-19.50 an hour. We do offer benefits/health insurance which you are eligible for after 90 days of employment. Please email us your resumes.
