Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that all their needs are met. The Account Manager is also expected to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. The Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide feedback to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail
- Proven track record of B2B sales and revenue growth
- Experience in Office Relocation, B2B Sales, or commercial real estate. (Candidates without outside B2B sales experience will NOT be considered.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of workplace solutions, design, and/or technology management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field a plus
