Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to
join our dynamic team at Mr. Magic Car Wash, Pittsburgh's premier car
wash! In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the recruitment process by assisting with various administrative tasks and
ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Duties:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications through systems such as really and Paycom.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
Support the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within our HR system.
Collaborate with the hiring team to develop effective lead generation strategies for attracting top talent.
Utilize really and spreadsheets for tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on hiring progress.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout their application journey.
Assist in technical recruiting efforts by understanding job requirements and candidate skill sets.
Participate in talent management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Assist with minor administrative tasks as needed to meet weekly hours
Experience:
Previous experience in a recruiting or HR support role is preferred but
not required.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as really and Paycom is
a plus.

Knowledge of technical recruiting practices and talent management principles is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
