The systems were developed for the hospitality industry to join operational needs and technology. We are a fast-growing SaaS company looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization as we enter the next phase of growth.
Position Summary:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and exceed sales targets. This leader will oversee a team of sales professionals, foster a high-performance sales culture, and work closely with the executive team to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish clear sales goals and track team performance through KPIs and metrics.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Managers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and achievement.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance team effectiveness and individual performance.
Revenue Growth
- Drive new customer acquisition while increasing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
Sales Operations and Reporting
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance to establish sales quotas, commission structures, and revenue models.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product teams to align customer needs with product development.
- Partner with Marketing on campaign planning and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as a voice of the customer to influence company strategy and direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or tech company.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV).
- Proficiency in CRM Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
