We are seeking a dynamic Channel Account Manager to build and nurture strategic partnerships, driving growth through our channel ecosystem.
- Company: MSPbots (https://mspbots.ai/)
- Work Hours and Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm CST, Monday to Friday (Fixed rest days: Sat-Sun)
- Work Setup: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners to foster mutual growth and success.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training, tools, and resources to empower partners to effectively sell [company's SaaS product/service].
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to create go-to-market strategies and business plans aligned with company goals.
- Performance Management: Monitor partner performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Revenue Growth: Drive partner-generated revenue by identifying new opportunities, supporting deal negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem to optimize strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS business models, channel partner ecosystems, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Mindset: Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for technology and partner success.
