The Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for two Elementary Instructional Clerk positions.
These positions perform reception and general office and clerical duties in the school's main office, including student attendance tracking and materials preparation. These positions involve frequent interaction with students, families, staff, and visitors, and require a service focused attitude and strong customer service skills, especially in the areas of communication and adaptability.
Available positions are as follows:
1) Part-Time Permanent
50% status working 3.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday mornings, following the school calendar
Starting wages are either $15.82 or $15.97 per hour (approximately $10,520 or $10,620 annually), for new hires to the District, depending upon previous school district experience.
This position is eligible for sick days, but is not eligible for personal days or health insurance benefits.
2) Long Term Substitute - Late December through March
70% status working 5.25 hours per day, Monday through Friday following the school calendar
This position will be paid a daily rate of $83.05 ($15.82 per hour for 5.25 hours per day).
This position is not eligible for paid time off or benefits.
