We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician, Opportunities for 1st and 2nd Shift to join our growing team in East Bridgewater, MA.
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to be responsible for building and facility maintenance at our company. This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work with minimal supervision and provides our company with around the clock emergency coverage for maintenance and repair work. On call will be on a rotating schedule. A successful candidate should have at least five years of experience in industrial maintenance, as well as an understanding of plumbing, electrical wiring, heating and cooling systems.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & Repair: If it’s broken, you’ll fix it. From machinery to facilities.
- Preventative Maintenance: Stay ahead of the game by keeping things in tip-top shape.
- Keep Us Safe: Follow all safety guidelines to ensure you and our team stay safe.
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair vacuum coating equipment, spray coating equipment, and process ovens.
- You’re Our Ideal Tech If You:
- Have experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance (bonus points for PLC, HVAC or plumbing skills).
- Are detail-oriented and problem-solving comes naturally to you.
- Have great communication skills—keeping us in the loop is key!

Key team Member for;
- Repair and fabrication of tooling fixtures
- Implementation of custom equipment for manufacturing processes working with outside vendors as well as internal support
- Resolving production equipment downtime issues with maintenance team members
- Specifying and identifying new equipment and systems
- Evaluation of process equipment to help provide solutions for continuous improvement
- Support building grounds maintenance activities
- Establish and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with production personnel and supervisors
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow team members and team leaders on daily production issues, work orders and project completions at the beginning and end of each shift.
- 5 years' experience in maintenance or as a mechanic
- Follow work instructions and established procedures
- Organization and the ability to prioritize to make good decisions, and multi-task
- Work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other team members and facility leadership
- Must be able to communicate and read in English.
- Key Member of Safety Committee
- Experience with Maintenance CMMS Programs.
- Osha Safety Training/ Instruction Preferred
- Experience with TPM &/or PM Administration preferred
