What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Assistant position at Music Authority LLC?

Someone with an appreciation for the arts and music is desirable, although not necessary, for this position.
Work hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 1:20 pm to 8:00pm OR Thursday, Friday 1:20 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
As a Receptionist/Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations.
Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure efficient administration of the front desk- answering all inquiries in a timely manner, managing appointments, catering to customer needs while adhering to school's policies and procedures, keeping the school in a clean and working order
-Accept payment for lessons and products
-Contribute to organizational planning for various events throughout the year, including bi-annual music recitals

Computer Skills: proficiency with Gmail and Mindbody (this software can be taught during training)

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week
