Position Summary :
NAFI Rhode Island is exploring candidates for Clinical Director provider of residential care and services, empowering youth and adults to lead fulfilling lives while fostering independence, growth, and well-being. The Clinical Director ensures the highest standards of clinical care for residents, oversees clinical staff, and provides leadership in the development and implementation of clinical treatment across programs. This role requires a skilled professional with a background in behavioral health, mental health, or social services who can effectively lead a clinical team and collaborate with families, clinicians, and external agencies to support resident needs.
Responsibilities Include :
- Lead, supervise, and support clinical staff.
- Guide the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, contracts, and organizational policies.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff, supporting the ARC Therapy Model.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate care.
- Oversee the assessment, treatment, and progress of residents with complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and clinical support, including after-hours support as necessary.
