This role is pivotal in bridging engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing, ensuring products transition smoothly from concept to production to the end user.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
- Manage diverse Engineering teams driving innovation and providing technical expertise for product innovation and process optimization.
- Lead engineering teams in product design, testing, and R&D specific to HVAC systems, ensuring alignment with manufacturing goals.
- Direct the Company’s HVAC system design, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing processes.
