Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Our top bartender made over 6 figures last year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for table service, crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in banquet settings, catering, or nightclubs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their orders.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during events or busy periods.
• Follow food safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards in food preparation areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred; experience in banquet or nightclub settings is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A valid food safety certification is an advantage but not required; willingness to obtain one is essential.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
