Your Role:
Shift Start:
- Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and crews are ready and loaded in the company vehicle.
Project Responsibilities:
- Seal, label, and document all joints, penetrations, and openings.
- Keep the jobsite organized and free of debris.
- Clean equipment and store materials properly at the end of each day.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Enter timesheets for crews.
- Lead weekly safety meetings.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in clean and working order.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced knowledge of construction sites and trades.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and lead a crew.
- Strong awareness of safety issues and solutions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Comfortably climb ladders and work at heights of 10 feet.
Locations:
Work in healthcare facilities and new construction sites throughout New England. This role requires up to 25% travel. Our offices are located in Saco, ME; Lakeland, FL; and Raleigh, NC.
