  • LPN licensed required in the State of Virginia, RN license a plus
  • Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and, Adult First Aid from the American
    Red Cross and/or American Heart Association
  • Must be considerate and respectful of the rights, dignity and sensitivities of aged and disabled persons
  • Must be clean and well-groomed
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing as applicable to their
    job responsibilities
  • Background check(s) consisting of a sworn statement or affirmation and criminal history check free
    of barrier crimes
  • Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in long term care facility or assisted living facility
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain confidentiality
    residential information
  • Must be proficient with a computer to include utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) and
    electronic medication administration record (eMAR) as well as Microsoft Office

Salary range: 70k-110k based on experience
