Responsibilities:
- Preparing development plans and site grading plans for commercial and industrial projects
- Performing research and completing technical design tasks as required
- Storm and sanitary sewer layout designed in AutoCAD
- Research municipal zoning and development codes and document findings
- Perform calculations and analysis using fundamental engineering formulas
- Prepare engineering reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Must hold a current license in Civil Engineering and ASCE certification a plus
- Demonstrate knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and principals
- Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in civil site development as lead engineer
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
