What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst position at Naval Systems, Inc.?
Description: Analyzes program requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Plans and coordinates Contracted Air Services for fleet training operations and exercise detachments. Coordinates aircraft/aircrew basing, fuel, ground support equipment, transportation, lodging, communications, and parts. Generates airlift requests. Generates country clearance requests, force protection, and base support messages. Provides input for budgets.
Location: FACSFAC Pearl Harbor, HI
Education: BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or "Relevant Technical Discipline". ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules. Must have experience processing funding and contract documentation for military programs.
Security Clearance: Secret
