Integrated Program Solutions, Inc. (IPS) is seeking to hire a full-time Junior and/or Journeyman Program Analyst located at Patuxent River, MD. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
Program Analyst- Patuxent River, MD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success.
- Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Collect, complete, organize, interpret and syntheses cost and schedule information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
- Work with DoD clients to establish and monitor the program’s execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
- Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
- Applicant should be able to interpret data and analysis from integrated master schedules (IMS).
- Support the development and execution of program acquisition documentation and processes.
- Help identify and establish clearly defined and discrete outcomes.
- Lead different teams across multiple organizations towards these goals.
- Monitor and report status to IPT and program leadership on procurement actions to include schedule and technical challenges.
- Monitor and track Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
- Monitor and track Contracts Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree and 0-3 years of NAVAIR experience
- Or AA/AS degree and 4 -6 years of NAVAIR experience
- Or High School Diploma/GED and 6-8 years of NAVAIR experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Security Clearance:
Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required. Active Security Clearance is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,595.87 - $125,040.18 per year
