The State Fiscal Accountability Authority is a South Carolina state agency that provides state agencies and political subdivisions with a variety of insurance products (property and liability) and procurement services of supplies, services, information technology, and construction. The agency performs life-safety and building preservation reviews prior to the construction of any new state building.
