Job Responsibilities
The agency is seeking an attorney to join the Office of General Counsel and support the program responsible for the award, administration, and oversight of State government contracts. This position offers a stimulating practice in a collegial environment, employment stability, and a benefits package associated with state government employment.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A juris doctor degree or its equivalent from an accredited law school. Licensed as an attorney in the United States. Prior to employment, applicant must be a member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
If you are the selected candidate, you will be required to provide an official college transcript of all higher education within thirty (30) calendar days of employment. Failure to provide the required documentation within the thirty-day (30) time frame may result in termination of employment.
Note : Because this position is categorized as unclassified, pay bands do not apply.
Salary offered will be commensurate with experiences.
