Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs
- Supervise and support child care staff
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Manage the center's budget and resources
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community members to enhance the learning environment
Requirements
- Previous childcare director's or director designee experience is a must.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Background in early childhood education or education administration is a plus.
- Ability to educate and inspire children of various ages
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
