Role Description
This is a full-time Senior HR Business Partner role located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives, providing HR guidance to leadership, managing employee relations issues, implementing HR programs and policies, and driving organizational development efforts.
Qualifications
- 7 years HR experience focused on partnering, coaching and consulting with leaders to achieve business results.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of how to balance employee and company needs and interests.
- Track record of a strategy-first approach to Human Resources with a foundation in sound HR operations.
- Proven ability to connect with employees, managers and leaders to understand employee needs, manage conflicts and influence outcomes while operating with discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or related field.
- Occasional travel, including some international travel.
