WEEKEND SHIFT - Saturday and Sunday required!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and other computer hardware
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including network connectivity and VPN access
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
- Utilize ticketing systems such as Remedy, Jira, or ServiceNow to track and document support requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Install, configure, and update software applications on user devices
- Conduct system upgrades and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Train end-users on software applications and IT best practices
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and documentation
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and software applications
- Experience with IT infrastructure setup and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Remedy, Jira, or ServiceNow
- Proficient in providing remote support via phone or remote desktop tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
