This hourly contract role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovation in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

As the Technical Delivery Lead , you will be at the forefront of this project, driving technical implementation and delivering top-notch results. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Owning the Project : Oversee the end-to-end technical implementation and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Leading with Excellence : Guide cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals while mentoring and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Resolving Challenges : Act as the go-to escalation point for technical issues, enabling swift resolutions and informed decision-making.
  • Ensuring Best Practices : Uphold coding standards, design patterns, and innovative technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborating Effectively : Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Elevating Standards : Conduct code reviews, oversee unit testing, and ensure seamless integration testing for optimal quality.
  • Driving Innovation : Champion technical advancements and continuous improvement across the team.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise :

  • Mastery of the Java stack , including Spring Boot and Microservices architecture .
  • In-depth experience with SQL Server for complex queries and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in AG Grid and similar data exploration tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Swagger documentation for API design clarity.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and normalization principles.
  • Expertise with Azure Cloud Services (Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, App Services, CI / CD pipelines).
  • Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , and containerization technologies.

    • Leadership & Collaboration Skills :

  • A proven track record of leading technical teams in global, enterprise-level projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and risk management expertise.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • A talent for mentoring and inspiring junior engineers.
  • Top-notch communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Education : Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications :

    • Oracle Certified Professional : Java SE 11 Developer.

  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus.
  • Experience :

    • 8 years in software development.

  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • A history of delivering complex technical projects in distributed team environments.
