Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in the personal care industry.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and customer needs assessment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, including contracts, partnerships, and distribution agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
- Conduct regular market research and stay up to date with industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory changes to identify new growth areas.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and professional development.
