Neuroscience & Spine Associates (NASA) is a patient-focused multi-specialty group practice specializing in neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and pain management. We offer comprehensive services, including an MRI for diagnostic imaging, physical and occupational therapy, an office-based surgery suite, and a multitude of other services. Responsibilities and Duties
- Schedule patients for follow-up appointments
- Complying with Physician's orders, including but not limited to medication orders, diagnostic orders, lab orders, etc.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed and flexible
- Ability to perform functions with minimal supervision
- Being able to multitask
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Scanning all documents as necessary
- Inputting Data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Send requests to Physicians
- Must have reliable transportation
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Official High School Transcripts, Diploma or Equivalency Certificate
- Attention to detail, polished communication skills and basic computer knowledge
- Friendly, Polite, and Professional
Skills
- Knowledgeable of medical terminology
- Minimum two years in the medical field
- Experience in All Scripts APM/EHR preferred
