Job Description:
NDTI is hiring an Employee Benefits Manager for full time support in China Lake, CA. We are looking for a skilled Benefits Manager to develop and oversee our employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Benefits Management, including health, wellness, and retirement plans. He or she should ensure these programs align with company objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role offers the opportunity to play a crucial part in enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
As a Human Resources Assistant/Benefits Manager Specialist you will directly support the Human Resources Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to limited to:
Gather, organize, and distribute information about benefits products, such as insurance, 401K, and vacation time.
Ensure all benefit programs comply with local and federal regulations, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA
Conduct cost analyses to select the most suitable benefits for employees.
Provide employees with necessary documents for enrolling, maintaining, and understanding their benefits coverage.
Collaborate with employees to identify their needs and customize benefits packages accordingly.
Address any questions employees have regarding their benefits details.
Manage vendor relationships, including benefits providers and brokers.
Audit expenses related to benefit payouts.
Conduct on-going reviews of benefit programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness per delineated plan performance metrics.
Report all data on disbursement and enrolment in benefits programs to management.
Communicate with benefit providers to ensure services are delivered as per agreements.
Update company records with relevant information about each employee’s enrolment.
Oversee benefits administration, including enrolments, renewals, and claims resolutions.
Prepare and present reports on benefit plan performance and utilization.

Strong understanding of benefits compliance and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, finance, and external vendors.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Benefits Management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary: the expected salary for this position is $64,500 to $84,884 but is subjected to change
