Experience Required
- Active Class A member of the PGA of America or LPGA
- A leader capable of recruiting, training, and motivating a service-minded team
- Polished and professional demeanor in manner and appearance
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Publisher, POS System, Tee Time Software, Event Man)
- Provides the highest level of service to Club members and guests. Is knowledgeable of members and anticipates their needs. Facilitates friendly and professional relationships with membership, encouraging play opportunities throughout the year.
- Professionally, respectfully, and tactfully interprets, informs, and enforces Club policies with members, guests, and staff. Oversees the reservation system and monitoring, and pace of play.
- Regularly plays golf with members and guests
- Responsible for Golf Shop retail operations; sells, displays, promotes, and merchandises inventory. Oversees the retail point of sale system. Directs buying plan and golf department purchasing. Coordinates with vendor representatives to achieve the highest possible incentives and trains golf staff in product knowledge. Oversees scheduling and promoting demo days and trunk shows. Ensures member database includes and tracks important dates, spending, sizes, and preferences.
- Observes all Club safety practices and protocols.
- Responsible for the correct appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the shop and stock room areas, equipment, and fixtures. Reports deficiencies and maintenance concerns. Troubleshoots computer issues with tech support as directed.
- Attends and conducts golf and club-related meetings as required. Works collaboratively with the CCVT management team.
- Organize and particpate in winter trips with members
