We are seeking a high energy customer service rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, be experienced with cannabis methods and products and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a dynamic Budtender to be the friendly face of our brand.
This role is all about delivering a exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through product selections, and ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless transactions at the point of sale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist with product recommendations, provide friendly, knowledgeable service .
- Sales Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all products and promotions to answer customer questions with confidence.
- Store Organization: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized sales floor to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Sales Growth: Use product knowledge and upselling techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to support daily operations and meet store goals.
Qualifications:
- Cannabis consumption experience.
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong point-of-sale system skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- **Must be 21 years of age or older (per cannabis industry regulations)**.
