ROLE OBJECTIVE:
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer to join our team. As the Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in continuously maintaining the organization’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally all while telling our story and expressing our mission. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, updating, and maintaining the organization’s visual representation in all aspects of design such as marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, e-newsletters, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing company imageries and delivering a powerful and consistent brand. This will be achieved via digital and print form and by leveraging a proven graphics ability with great
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Working closely with marketing department leadership and team to monitor marketing deliverables and making improvements as needed
- Developing and executing marketing plans, delivering strategies and content calendars
- Increasing brand awareness by creating and executing campaigns across various online platforms
- Identifying key audiences and marketing opportunities
- Growing subscriber base by creating original thematic content
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive the development and launch of new services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2 years of experience in Marketing and Graphic Design
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of the legal services industry is a plus
- Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design/Marketing or related field or experience equivalent in graphic design, or marketing
COMPENSATION:
- $60,000K/year DOE
- 5 weeks PTO/year
