The ERP System Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the company's ERP program, Epicor Kinetic, and configuring the required software according to the company's needs. This role will manage and maintain the electronic exchange of information between the company and external trading partners. This position will support IT within the organization and act as a point of contact for related ERP questions and escalated items.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
* Perform system testing, data analysis, data validation, and integration testing as required.
* Designed, updated, and implemented security and roles within ERP.
* Work with internal staff and third-party vendors to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
* Develop ERP KPIs metric reports and dashboard views and monitor service details and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
* Generate ideas for solving problems to create value across the organization.
* Develop and maintain EDI maps, including translation rules and processes, to facilitate electronic data exchange.
* Ensure that data transfers to subsequent support interfaces and monitor EDI processes to maintain quality and consistency.
