About
To enhance the Executive Chamber’s engagement initiatives while maintaining compliance and accurate record-keeping, we will be hiring an intern to assist with various Human Resources tasks. This position will support our department in managing transactional information, developing engagement programs, and fostering collaboration across teams.
Intern Duties will include:
1. Transactional HR Support
- Assist with employee onboarding processes (including emails, updating Training Tracker, enrolling into upcoming mandated training)
- Manage communication related to HR initiatives
- Track and record training completions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
2. Engagement Programs
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs
- Assist in creating marketing materials for these programs
- Help analyze the effectiveness of engagement initiatives
3. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Assist in organizing cross-functional team meetings and events
- Help gather feedback from various teams on HR initiatives
4. General Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed
- Help with data entry, filing, and document management
Position Details
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
- Duration: Length of the intern program (preferred 2 semesters)
- Direct supervision by The Deputy Director of Employee Engagement

Requirements
- Current enrollment in a related degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Marketing)
