What You’ll Do (and Love!)
- Be a Movement Expert – Perform in-depth assessments to understand patients’ unique challenges, movement abilities, and functional limitations.
- Create Personalized Treatment Plans – Design customized therapy programs based on each patient’s goals, needs, and progress.
- Implement Cutting-Edge Techniques – Use advanced therapy methods, exercises, and modalities to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall function.
- Track and Celebrate Progress – Monitor patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans, and keep detailed records of improvements and breakthroughs.
- Be a Team Player – Collaborate with chiropractors, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, and medical doctors to provide the most comprehensive care possible.
- Educate and Empower – Teach patients and their families about their condition, home exercises, and strategies for long-term injury prevention .
- Stay Ahead of the Game – Keep up with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy by attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Uphold the Highest Standards – Follow ethical and professional guidelines while ensuring patient privacy and dignity at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
NJ State License as a Physical Therapist
CPR Certification
