Position: Business Operations Lead - AIMSS (Contingent Upon Contract Award)
Location: Huntsville, AL
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successfully lead the Business Operations team:
- Provide administrative oversight and management of highly-skilled Business Operations team members
- Provide technical oversight and management of Business Operations specifically in the areas of Risk and Quality, Property, Financial, Contracts, Security and other core business processes
- Report directly to AIMSS Deputy Program Manager (DPM)
- Ensure all business support functions are managed together in a centralized unit to provide effective communications between the AIMSS PM, DPM, and Business Operations Lead
- Along with DPM, ensure AIMSS execution is aligned to PWS tasks, and additional required scope is communicated and approved by the customer and properly funded and contracted
- In conjunction with NMR contracts leadership, ensure accurate responses to RFP’s/RFI’s associated with AIMSS contract modifications; coordinate with subcontractor POC’s as needed
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- BS, BA degree in Business, Finance, Contracts/Acquisition or related area required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business operations management
- Strong writing skills required
- Strong contract and financial management skills required
- DoD experience required
- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with team members and customers
- Proven ability to lead a successful team and work as part of the team
- Meticulous and organized working style
- Strong Microsoft Windows and Office skills required; experience with Microsoft SharePoint preferred
- Experience with financial software, such as Intuit, preferred
- MDA experience preferred
