We are seeking a full-time Account Manager / Business Developer in the greater Huntsville, AL area who embodies our core values and is eager to contribute to our growth and success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

As an Account Manager / Business Developer, you will :

• Develop and Grow Business Opportunities : Identify and cultivate new business prospects while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Execute Marketing Strategies : Implement marketing activities aligned with Arcus Restoration's successful framework to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Client Engagement : Conduct warm and cold calls to generate leads, schedule and attend face-to-face business meetings, luncheons, and presentations to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure Service Excellence : Oversee that all client interactions, services, and documentation meet or exceed expectations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company promises.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all activities and client engagements to support transparency and continuous improvement.
• Availability and Travel : Be available for after-hours support and travel as required to meet client and business needs.
