Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager/Business Developer, you will:
- Develop and Grow Business Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new business prospects while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Execute Marketing Strategies: Implement marketing activities aligned with Arcus Restoration’s successful framework to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Client Engagement: Conduct warm and cold calls to generate leads, schedule and attend face-to-face business meetings, luncheons, and presentations to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure Service Excellence: Oversee that all client interactions, services, and documentation meet or exceed expectations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company promises.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all activities and client engagements to support transparency and continuous improvement.
- Availability and Travel: Be available for after-hours support and travel as required to meet client and business needs.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Industry Experience: Experience in the insurance restoration industry is preferred.
- Team Orientation: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software and tools.

- Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of insurance processes and terminology is preferred but not required.
