What are the responsibilities and job description for the L2 support engineers position at Noblesoft Technologies?

Number of Positions: Onsite - 3
Timeline Onboarding to be done by early Jan 25
Primary Skill :
- PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Mongo DB.
- Exposure to any 1 Observability Tool such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana. Change Mgmt using CI/CD pipeline.
- Harness or equivalent tools.
Secondary Skill :
- SSL Certificate management
- Vulnerability Management
- Support Window
Onsite EST business hours and On call between 1pm 9pm EST.
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
(2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
(3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
(4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
(5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
