Monterey County’s leading law firm has the perfect opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic administrative assistant to join our team. This position represents the company as a contact with clients, shareholders, and vendors. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, possess a positive/friendly attitude, have excellent communication skills and able to follow through on complex tasks. This is a full-time, 8 AM - 5 PM position in the Salinas office.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Fast pace environment and ability to multi-task
- Two or more years’ experience
- Fluent in speaking Spanish is a plus.
