Job Description

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our customers . . . is that you?

We are looking for a few highly motivated professionals with excellent customer service and sales experience to excel within an Inside Sales Technician position at our location in Burbank. We conduct direct inbound phone / email sales to electrical wholesalers / distributors across the country, so any applicable electrical industry experience is a plus, though not required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

customer service
quote generation
product knowledge
technical guidance
order processing
problem solving
team building
direct sales (absolutely NO cold calls / telemarketing)

May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexible availability

Punctuality

Professional attitude

Insatiable desire to learn, grow and flourish within a fast paced environment

Self-motivated

Advanced critical thinking and decision making ability

Capacity to function successfully within a team environment

Excellent performance in high stress situations

Energetic and upbeat

Desired :

Applicable electrical industry experience

Bi-lingual

2-4 years college coursework

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $31.25 / hr

Shift : 8 hour shift

Weekly day range : Monday to Friday
