What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative assistant position at North American Family Institute?
NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for its youth program located in Peabody, MA.
This program is a residential DYS program for adolescent males referred by the Department of Youth Services. It provides counseling, education, life skills and pre-vocational skills training in a well-supervised and structured residential setting.
Rehabilitation followed by supported community reintegration is the ultimate goal of the program.
Hourly Rate : $22.00 / hour
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining overall office organization.
- Answering phones.
- Filing and maintaining client files.
- Completing required reports.
- Supporting program staff and clients
- The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized and detail oriented.
Job Requirements :
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft products is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
