What are the responsibilities and job description for the LNA position at North Country Union High School?
This position will provide support and services to our special services medical needs students. Specific requirements of the position are:
• Seizure protocols
• Toileting needs
• Continence training with specialized team
• Self-feeding and meal protocol with Physical Therapist Guidance
• Walking assistance for students with Physical Therapist Guidance
• Monitoring of Medical Plan and student progress.
• Assistance with self-care (face washing/hand washing, etc.)
• Collaboration with Team and other agencies
• Assistance with Transition-to provide a smooth segue to graduation and "real world" environments
• Provide safe community integration for student
• Attend field trips and community outings during the work day
This is a school session position. LNA license required and previous experience preferred.

Salary & Benefits: As per Support Staff Negotiated Agreement. Minimum hourly rate of $17.50 or more depending on previous experience and education level.
