Why This Job Could Be Perfect for You:
We know that your life is evolving— kids off to college, new opportunities on the horizon, or maybe just a desire for a fresh start. This role is ideal if you are looking for something rewarding, but without the stress of a high-pressure corporate job.
1. Low-Stress Environment
We offer a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where we get things done without the chaos. You will be part of a team that values open communication, efficiency, and mutual respect. No drama, just real people working together to serve the community.
2. Meaningful, Impactful Work
Every day, you will contribute to helping patients experience positive health transformations. Whether it is interacting with moms, babies, athletes, or grandparents, you will play a vital role in making our patients feel better and live healthier lives. Plus, if you are a fan of baby snuggles while moms are getting adjusted, this will be right up your alley!
3. A Team That Gets It
You will be working directly with Dr. Pete, Dr. Tori, Dr. Loni, and Dr. Kenzie. They are down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely care about the well-being of both patients and staff. We are not about the hustle and grind. We are about making a difference and enjoying the ride.
What You will Be Doing:
As an admin at North Point Chiropractic, you will be keeping the office running smoothly by:
- Managing patient schedules
- Answering phones and emails
- Taking payments and handling patient accounts
- Welcoming and checking in patients at the front desk
- Helping with promoting our business at local events (farmers markets, 5Ks, etc.) a couple of times a month—do not worry, we will plan these around your personal schedule!
The Qualities We Are Looking For:
1. You are Organized & Reliable
You have an eye for detail and love to check things off your list. We will need you to stay on top of things—patient schedules, billing, and office tasks.
2. You are Comfortable with Technology
We will teach you the ins and outs of our chiropractic software (ChiroHD), but you should be familiar with basic tech tools like Excel and email.
3. You Enjoy Connecting with People
Whether you are chatting with patients, answering the phone, or helping the team, you have a natural way of making people feel comfortable and heard.
4. You are a Team Player, But You Don’t Mind Taking Initiative
We love to laugh and keep the mood light, but we also know how to stay focused when it counts. We are looking for someone who can step in and get things done but still enjoys a little fun along the way.
What We Don’t Expect:
You don’t need years of experience—what we really want is someone enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. We are happy to train you on the specifics; just bring your positive attitude, willingness to help, and strong work ethic.
