- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
