What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at NRSI?
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, flyers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
- Ensure the integrity of the food served
- Complete assigned side work at the beginning and end of every shift
- Comply with Company standard portions, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, recipes, policies and procedures
- Responsible for notifying management of low product
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Handle, store, label, and rotate all product properly
- Perform other duties as assigned
