Technical Recruiter (Contract to Hire)

NSS is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our client in Reston, VA for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity. This SaaS organization provides solutions primarily to higher education institutions globally, 2500 institutions across 50 countries.

This individual will be expected to be onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) in the Reston office.

Responsibilities:

• Source and create talent pipelines within Technical, Functional, and Sales skillsets
• Engage talent with thoughtful and compelling messaging
• Successfully sell employee value proposition and close candidates on the organization's mission

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience of sourcing or full life cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting Technical skillsets (& Functional) as well as Sales in the commercial space
• High initiative, highly coachable, with strong communication and relationship building skills
